Day 3 and we leave Accra for the 4 hour drive to the Central Region of Ghana for two excursions. First we head to Kakum National Park in the rain forest for the famous canopy walks.

The Last Dance

Our final ride started in Osu, passed through Aburi Gardens and ended in Osu. 50 miles and 2,900 ft of elevation clocked in for the day.

Memory Lane

Right now, we’re cycling through memory lane & this moment was, by far, one of the most memorable experiences during our time in Ghana.

Strength in Numbers

We made our way to the Motherland - That’s right, we were in Africa!
